01 / Arrival Jaipur
Arrive Jaipur & transfer to hotel. Afternoon
sightseeing tour of Jaipur covering the majestic
Amber Fort the one that cannot be easily described.
You ride up on Elephants to the former capital
of the royals set against the backdrop of the
wooded hills. Later visit City Palace-the royal
residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur and is known
for its stunning architecture, it also houses
a museum. Drive past to the Palace of Winds also
known as Hawa Mahal. This elaborate building,
now little more than a façade, is encrusted
with delicate screens and carved balconies from
which the royal ladies, confined to their quarters,
could sneakily view the outside world. Past, present
and future merge at Jai Singh's Observatory, where
time has been accurately measured since the 17th
century. Overnight at hotel.

02 / Jaipur - Udaipur (By Road - 406kms - 08hrs)
Morning drive to Udaipur. An oasis in the desert
state of Rajasthan visiting enroute the Jain temples
at Ranakpur, superbly preserved in a near-perfect
condition for over 500 years. The most attractive
features are the 29 halls of the temple, which
have 1444 pillars of which no two are like. Arrive
Udaipur and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

03 / Udaipur
Morning sightseeing tour of Udaipur covering City
Palace, poised over Lake Pichola, iridescent with
tile and mirror inlay. Also visit Bharatiya Lok
Kala Museum (a museum of folk art where Puppeteers
regularly put up shows), Saheliyon ki Bari (the
gardens the maids-of-honour), Pratap memorial
(the monument is a homage to Rana Pratap and his
faithful steed), Fatehsagar (offers visitors a
cruise to the island garden, Nehru Park), Lake
Pichola (Surrounded by hills, palaces, temples,
bathing ghats and embankments). Overnight at hotel.

04 / Udaipur
After breakfast visit the famous Jain temples
of Nagda and Eklingji 15kms. From Udaipur. Overnight
at hotel.

05 / Udaipur - Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur enroute visiting Kumbhalgarh.
Arrive Jaipur & transfer to airport for onward
journey.
