large studio villas located in Luisa by the

River Sal. At the entrance of all Studio villas

exotic colourful gardens. Some of the villas
overlook the residents swimming pool a few
yards away.

in landscaped gardens, Luisa by the Sea
is within walking distance to the Cavelossim
beach. Close by are a wide selection of
restaurants offering plenty of choice for
eating out. From locally run ones offering
the freshest of todays catch to some of
the best hotels in Goa where you will find
international standard restaurants and evening
entertainment programmes.
Enjoy
an early breakfast at a small riverside
shack and watch the sunrise...or go for
the barbecue at one of the shacks on the
beach. Here you can unwind and relax and
at the end of a hard day sunbathing and
watch the sunset over the Arabian Sea. Perfect!
ACCOMMODATION
Casa
Luisa studios are an ideal haven for those
of you in search of peace and quiet.

All villas are well furnished to give maximum
comfort with a mix of cane and modern Indian
furniture.
- All villas have large verandahs
- Kitchenette with two ring gas cooker and
a Fridge/freezer. The kitchen is equipped
with all utensils, crockery & cutlery,
dinnerware and is good for cooking light
meals.
- Bedroom with air-conditioners
FACILITIES
- Large residents swimming pool functional
at all times from ( October to Mid May )
During Monsoons, the pool is emptied out.
- Air-conditioned bedroom.
- Cable TV.( in some villas only )
- Daily housekeeping
- Gas and Electricity.
- Refrigerator
- Bed Linen and Towels changed twice weekly.

TERMS
1. The property rates quoted is for a minimum
duration of one week rental
2. Any other whole week thereafter will be
calculated at additional stay.
3. Any extra days stay e.g. part of a week;
will be calculated on a pro-rata basis of
the weekly rental.
4. For rentals of more than three weeks or
longer duration, please ask for special discounts.
5. Where a letting period spans two pricing
bands than the price prevailing for the majority
of the week is the price that will be applied
for the entire week.
6. Transfers from Dabolim Airport / Railway
